• Please note that whilst every effort has been made to produce an accurate quote, additional requirements or changes may become evident during the course of works. These will be notified to the customer at the earliest convenience and extra charges may be required and / or quotes to accommodate this.

   •    Sparkles reserves the right to change or amend this quote at any time, as it sees necessary to complete the works required.
   •    Unless otherwise stated all specification is to be determined by Sparkles, and the final decision lays with Sparkles.
   •    If this quote is taken up, a non refundable deposit may be required up front, and then a schedule or works / staged payments will be given to the customer if appropriate.
   •    The quote is valid for 10 days from the date on the quote
   •    This quote is subject to change should the condition of the property change before or during work being carried out.
   •    The customer is responsible for checking if building control / planning permission is required, and the customer will be responsible for any additional costs / changes that this may incur.
   •    All materials remain the property of Sparkles until full balance is paid​
